If you buy a telephone system, it would be your system.
Whilst we would be available and indeed would hope to maintain the system for many years, we do not consider this to be our right.
Consequently, if KT Electronics installs your telephone system you will receive all necessary details to enable you to choose your ongoing maintainer.
We do not seek to tie customers into a long - maybe 7 year - contracts.
When KT Electronics install a system we always “go the extra mile” to ensure the system is tailored to your requirements - and we do not consider a job complete until we have completed all the extras - programming and labelling the buttons, installing the speed dial lists, user training, etc.
